YAAAYY, SPRING...
Buying gift certificates to the local nursery for Mother's Day got me in the mood to get some flowers planted. This is my start. Now I only have a couple more planters to do and then we're set for a summer of forgetting to water them till they look like they will never come back to life. Seems like they always do.

Looks good! It can be hard to remember to water them ... if they're in the same spot (like a front porch) I've always just made that part of my daily stuff - when I come home from work, I just dump a pitcher of water into the pots. Hope they live! :)
And don't put ME in charge of watering them either....you know I'm not "Outside Guy"!
yeah, do what matt says, like every time you leave for work take water out to them, ya just have to make it a point to do it, or water the front one every time you get the mail, you also have to care about them a little...good luck, theyre very nice now...heehee..
I try to water every night. When the weather starts to get really warm they dry out so fast. I usually end up with at least one dead basket. I hope you have better luck!
er...
it'll be autumn by the time you write another post!
What's the scoop?
I can make Scott write another post ... )
