I couldn't stand him from the beggining. He should have never made it this far. The fact that he lasted this long is an obvious farce.
...but, gosh... after seeing him voted off...wasn't it kinda sad?

The sad part was hearing him sing poorly and continuing on every week. Daryl watches it religiously and he even has a note book on it. I enjoy watching him when he’s viewing the show. It makes me laugh because he’s so into it.
I really don't watch AI (or TV in general), but I have seen a few of his performances on YouTube. I'm comically stunned that he was ever a competitor. Unfortunately, I can't conjure up any sadness for him. He shouldn't have been strung along this far - that's the sad and cruel thing.
